Hi, Sandy - Just wanted to thank you for your absolutely lovely work. I know the Fair Isle one, in particular, was a challenge - but it turned out beautifully! I love the proportioning on the sleeves. And the black one fits beautifully as well - it's such a treat to have lovely sweaters that look right.
Next batch will go in the Fed Ex next week. Hope you're enjoying wonderful spring weather - we are, finally. (It's stopped raining!)

You cannot tell that the sweater had ever been damaged. You certainly would not have guessed that it had been used as a chew toy by a fiesty golden retriever.

This dear customer often travels to Scotland and Ireland where she has bought several pairs of beautiful Fair Isle gloves. She also rides a bicycle almost daily and thus wears holes in the thumbs and fingers of her gloves. I am happy to say that we can keep them in good working order for her!

Repairing light colored St. John Knits can sometimes be a challenge. Luckily we were able to repair this dress before the holes had gotten too big. Or, had been left too long. Being able to repair a hole with yarn from the garment as we do, makes a tremendous difference in how the repair will turn out. We love when we can return a dress like this to once again be worn!

This customer sent several St. John Knit items for minor repairs. Many of our customers send a few items at a time for alteration and repair. We especially encourage doing this in late spring in early summer, when we can give you the best turn-around time. Grouping items can also save on shipping costs!
