JULY 2024

Most items with minor damage are being returned within 2-3 months.

Items with several holes and/or alterations are being scheduled into
FALL 2024.

Sandy's Tip ~

The warm days of summer are a fine time to care for your natural fiber knits. Whether taking them to the dry cleaners or handwashing them, you have the luxury of not being in a hurry. Check over the items - inside and out. Looking for any signs of moths and any other damage to be taken care of in the off season. If an item is reasonably clean with say a single stain, try spot cleaning the area with water. Simply place a clean cloth under the spot and dab the top with a clean wet cloth. You can often remove the stain with this simple habit. If you do find damage that needs to come to us for repair, it is always best to have any stains cleaned first. Stains can weaken natural fibers as well as attract moths and thus turn into holes later. One can save the expense of repairs with a little time going over natural fiber knits in the summer.
